COVID-19 Vaccine (2025-2026) – Moderna Spikevax
Who It’s For
Ages 12 and older, including first-time COVID vaccine recipients.
About the Vaccine
Moderna Spikevax is an mRNA vaccine that trains your immune system to recognize and fight the virus that causes COVID-19. It does not contain the virus itself and cannot give you COVID-19.
Before Your Appointment

Important Medical Considerations: Let your vaccinator know if you have any allergies, history of severe reaction to a vaccine, heart inflammation (myocarditis or pericarditis), bleeding disorders, immune suppression, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Seasonal Flu Shot
Who It’s For
We vaccinate 5 years old of age an older, especially seniors, those with chronic conditions, and people in regular contact with high-risk groups.

Extra protection this season
RSV Vaccine (Abrysvo)
Who It’s For
Eligible candidates are adults > 75 years and adults 60-74 years at increased risk of severe RSV. Risk factors include Chronic heart or lung disease; weakened immune system; certain other medical conditions, including severe obesity and severe diabetes; living in a nursing home or other LTC facility.
About the Vaccine
Helps protect against respiratory syncytial virus, which can cause severe illness in older adults.

Who It's For
If you’re 65 or older, or 19 or older with certain chronic conditions, you may be at greater risk for pneumococcal pneumonia—even if you feel healthy. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist to better understand your risk and if Prevnar 20 is right for you.
About the Vaccine:
Protects against 20 different strains of pneumococcal bacteria, which can cause pneumonia, meningitis, and bloodstream infections. Usually only one dose is needed for most adults.
Who It's For
Children 7+, adolescents, and adults. Often given at ages 11–12, with boosters recommended every 10 years.
About the Vaccine:
Protects against tetanus (lockjaw), diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). Can be given at the same time as other vaccines.
Who It's For
Adults 50+, even if you’ve had chickenpox or shingles before.
About the Vaccine:
A two-dose series given 2–6 months apart. Helps prevent shingles and its painful complications.
