What Are These Services?

Dispill® (Multi-Dose Packaging):

Dispill® offers a multi‑dose blister pack solution to improve adherence and simplify your medication routine. Cards are available in 28‑ or 32‑cell formats and help eliminate the need for pillboxes or multiple bottles, reducing the risk of mixing up medications.

Medication Synchronization (Med Sync):

Med Sync aligns all your monthly medications to a single, convenient pick‑up date each month. This helps save time and ensures your refills are ready when you need them.

Dispill® Services

Dispill® offers two packaging options:

Single‑Color Dispill®

One sheet per dose time (e.g., yellow = morning, white = noon, orange = dinner, blue = bedtime). You’ll receive only the sheets for the times you need.

Rainbow Dispill® (most popular)

A weekly blister pack combining all four colours—yellow, white, orange, and blue—for ease and convenience. You’ll get four weekly packs for a 30‑day supply.

  1. Instruc1. The Dispill blister pack contains all your medication for 7 days.
  2. Your medication is organized by days (rows) and dosage times (columns).
  3. Start taking your medication from the bottom row (day 1) tions.

Medication Synchronization

You or your caregiver submits a request to enroll via phone (610‑494‑1445) or email (homehealth@aphhc.net).

Our Pharmacy Manager, Diane, reviews your current medications and establishes a preferred monthly refill date

Over the first few cycles (usually two to three), we short‑fill medications as needed to align all refills to that single date.

Once synchronized, we continuously monitor your profile to maintain alignment.

EASY ENROLLMENT PROCESS

To Sign Up for Either Service

Existing Patients: Simply notify us that you'd like to enroll, we already have your information on file.

New Patients: Please provide:

  • Your personal and insurance details (e.g., name, address).
  • Your primary care physician’s name and location.
  • A current list of all medications and the pharmacy where they were last filled.
