COVID Rapid Testing is covered by some insurances, however if it is covered, it requires a TELEMEDICINE visit and commercial insurers often charge a copay.

This test is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and on a SELF-PAY BASIS.

• The Rapid Antigen Test cost is $50.00 due at time of service.
• Results are available within 30 minutes and will be e-mailed to you.
